Pre-requisite for Admission:

  • Minimum age of 18 years, verifiable by Federal or State ID.
  • Proof of high School Diploma, GED or Wonderlic Basic skills Test with a minimum score of 150 on verbal skills and 200 on the quantitative examination (approved by U.S. Board of Education).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Submit a copy of a current physical examination (within 12 months of enrollment).
  • Proof of negative TB - Tuberculosis Test or Chest X-Ray (within 12 months of enrollment).
  • Sign a document stating that you have a negative criminal background.

All required documents must be submitted on or before the first day of class.
